Who can apply?

Kenyan citizens and legal residents aged 18–55 with a valid national ID (or passport), an active phone number, and a completed KYC are eligible to apply.

How much can I borrow and for how long?

Loan amounts typically range from KES 700 to KES 10,000. Terms depend on the product and your eligibility; common terms include short-term plans up to 120 days. Available options are shown in-app.

What determines my loan limit?

Loan limits are based on your KYC information, repayment history with KOPALINK, and affordability checks performed during the application.

How do you calculate fees and interest?

All fees and the total repayment amount are displayed on the loan offer page before you confirm. Representative examples and a loan calculator are available on the product page.

How can I repay my loan?

Repayments can be made via M-Pesa or bank transfer. The app shows the next due date and provides step-by-step repayment instructions.

What happens if I miss a payment?

We send reminders before and after due dates. Missed payments may incur late fees and affect future borrowing. Please contact support immediately to discuss hardship options.

Security & Privacy
Will you share my data?

We do not sell your personal data. Data is used only to process applications, manage loans, and provide required services. Any third-party sharing is limited to service providers under contract and done in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

How is my data protected?

We use encryption, secure storage, restricted access, and regular audits to protect data. For details, see our Security page.

Account & App
How do I register and verify my account?

Download the app, enter your phone number, verify via OTP, and complete KYC with ID. The process typically completes within minutes.

How can I contact customer support?

Can I close my account?

Account closure is possible when you have no outstanding loans. The app will guide you through the verified closure process and any grace period configured by operations.
